Sam's Bio
Sam Shoemaker is a brand & marketing strategist from Lancaster, PA. He is the founder of The Rootful Company and creator of the Rootful Entrepreneurial System (R.E.S.) that helps Christian visionaries and business owners simplify and focus.
Sam developed The Rootful Entrepreneurial System to solve common barriers to building a better values-driven brand such as limited cashflow, confusing core values, and unprepared leaders.
Knowing that revenue and people-focused profit are tools businesses need to build their culture and brand, Sam has a keen focus on making a positive financial impact early and often with his clients. With a track record of helping businesses generate over 250K qualified leads and launching over 80 brands, Sam is dedicated to driving business success through sustainable strategies.
Sam’s experience as Creative Director, manager, coach, and owner helped Sam develop a “head and heart” approach to building healthy cultures and teams. He focuses on developing leader-minded people who will be culture carriers and not just culture consumers.
On A Personal Note
Sam resides near in Lancaster County, PA with his wife, son, daughter, two greyhounds, and a needy garden. He is an active congregant of Lancaster Evangelical Free Church and a regular teaches in adult bible fellowship classes. Sam is a confident cook and loves to create surprising flavorful dishes out of simple ingredients. He is often reading/listening to audio books on theology, leadership, mindset, sales, business strategy, or Lord of the Rings. He enjoys making pottery, wood carvings, and bird watching.
